Alison



Alison is Director of National Sales and Counsel for the National Commercial Services (NCS) operation of Fidelity National Financial (FNF) based in Atlanta. The NCS operation provides nationwide coverage across all 50 states, underwiring on Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Alison is dedicated to her customers in providing the underwriting solutions they need to streamline their transactions.
 
Prior to joining the NCS team, she was one of the in-house attorneys for a top 4 national multifamily developer. While there, Alison negotiated debt and equity documents and led the disposition process to institutional investors. Prior to her in-house counsel role, Alison was a partner at a top Atlanta-based law firm where she led teams in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of all real estate asset classes.

My experience as a client, both at a law firm and at a development firm, gives me unique insight into what our customers should receive from their title company. I have a practical, transparent, and collaborative approach to serving our customers and making sure we are exceeding their expectations on all their transactions.

Alison received her J.D. from The University of Georgia School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. She received her B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the Terry College of Business of The University of Georgia where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with Highest Honors.
 
Alison is based in Buckhead, Atlanta. When not running around to all the activities for her kids, she enjoys playing golf, taking Lagree Method workout classes, and cheering on the Georgia Dawgs.
